NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. YOUR ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND WITHIN A 150 MILE RADIUS OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE LIVING WITHIN 75 MILES OF LOS ANGELES CITY LIMITS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD<\/b><\/h3>\n

The <\/span>Enchant Christmas Los Angeles Premier Pass Giveaway<\/b> (the \u201cSweepstakes\u201d) begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (\u201cPT\u201d) on <\/span>September 8, 2025<\/b> and continues through <\/span>October 31, 2025<\/b> (the \u201cSweepstakes Period\u201d). During this time, winners will be selected on or about the <\/span>15th and 30th of each month<\/b>. Sponsor\u2019s clock will be the official Sweepstakes clock.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. SPONSOR<\/b><\/h3>\n

The \u201cSponsor\u201d of the Sweepstakes is Social House Holidays, LLC, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. ELIGIBILITY<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents living in the State of California and within a 150-mile radius of the City of Los Angeles, with the exception of those living within seventy-five (75) miles of the Los Angeles, California city limits, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (\u201cParticipants\u201d). Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions, military installations, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES<\/b><\/h3>\n

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant\u2019s agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. HOW TO ENTER<\/b><\/h3>\n

To enter, visit the <\/span>Enchant Christmas Los Angeles website<\/b> during the Sweepstakes Period and submit your email address through the promotional modal popup. Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will not accept entries by any other means.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS<\/b><\/h3>\n

Automated, fraudulent, or multiple entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND ODDS<\/b><\/h3>\n

Potential winners (\u201cPotential Grand Prize Winners\u201d) will be selected on or about the <\/span>15th and 30th of each month during the Sweepstakes Period<\/b> from all eligible entries received to date. Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days. If a winner fails to respond, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. PRIZES<\/b><\/h3>\n

Each Grand Prize consists of <\/span>four (4) Premier Passes to Enchant Christmas Los Angeles and four (4) Ice Skating tickets<\/b> (approximate retail value: $600). Passes are valid only for the 2025 Enchant Christmas Los Angeles season. Travel, accommodations, meals, and other expenses not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen tickets.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/b><\/h3>\n

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. PRIVACY<\/b><\/h3>\n

By entering, Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Sponsor as described in the Enchant Christmas Privacy Policy at:<\/span> https:\/\/enchantchristmas.com\/privacy-policy\/<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. CONDUCT OF SWEEPSTAKES<\/b><\/h3>\n

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/b><\/h3>\n

By participating, Participants release Sponsor, affiliates, and agents from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance. Prizes are provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranty of any kind.<\/span><\/p>\n

13. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.<\/span><\/p>\n

15. MISCELLANEOUS<\/b><\/h3>\n

Sponsor\u2019s failure to enforce any term of these rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.<\/span><\/p>\n
